Most of the factory or manufacturing plant is located in industrial site, usually consisting of buildings and machinery, or more commonly a complex having several buildings, where workers manufacture goods or operate machines processing one product into another.
Generally factories may have many area which is link together. There is an offices area where the staff control the whole operation, production area where the product being process, facility room where the engineer maintain the operation, material stock and handling area are also very important to maintain the supply chain. Those all the area will need to coordinate each others.
With the good circulation design, the process will run smoothly and efficient. This will save the production cost.
Our design start from the flow process. Capturing the whole process, developing the sequences into layout drawings, grouping, zoning the services and finally we select the material before we go to construction stage.
